Perimenopause support

You & your relationships in perimenopause  Reflective and supportive group (6 mths)

You are changing and so too are your relationships, I am offering you a reflective and supportive space to hold you steady.

One 2hr online session per mth for 6mths (6-8 folks in a closed group) plus weekly WhatsApp support.

A space that is yours, where you can just be. No performative stuff. Nothing to fix. Just ideas to mull over and things to try out along with other folks who know what its like.

Who is it for?

Anyone who considers themselves perimenopausal/menopausal and is finding some (or all!) of their relationships just a bit tricksy right now (including the one with yourself).

Maybe you feel like you’ve lost yourself, become invisible, are overwhelmed with the roles you’re expected to perform and feel something has to give. Maybe you’re noticing resentment rising and keep finding yourself getting into draining arguments. You might feel squeezed between ‘getting it right’ for your teen/young adult children and your aging parents. You love them all but are perhaps fantasising about running away.

You’d like to look after your relationships but in a way that doesn’t leave you feeling compromised. You’re ready to ditch some old relational patterns and would like some support around that.

What can I expect?

A two hour online session once a month plus weekly WhatsApp support (6mths)

The content will be a gentle mixture of discussion, reflection, experiential exercises and information sharing. There will be a theme for each session which you will know beforehand, this will be informed by the needs of the group. The format is collaborative rather than me ‘teaching’. It will be a closed group of 6-8 people. It isn’t a therapy group, though I will be using my therapeutic skills & knowledge.

When does it start?

Wed 18th March 2026 7-9pm and then monthly on the 3rd Wed of the month

What does it cost?

£65 per mth or £360 for 6mths paid up front.
